Berry Ribbon Pie

  1. Dissolve gelatin in boiling water.
  2. Add frozen raspberries, stirring occasionally until thawed.
  3. Refrigerate until slightly thickened.
  4. Spoon 1 cup gelatin mixture into pastry crust; refrigerate.
  5. Prepare pudding according to package directions using milk and sour cream; carefully spread over gelatin layer.
  6. Spoon remaining gelatin over pudding.
  7. Refrigerate until firm, about 2 hours.
  8. Garnish with whipped topping if desired.
