Beef Tenderloin Recipe

  1. Preheat oven to 325 degrees.
  2. Place a sheet of aluminum foil 8 inches longer than meat on a cookie sheet.
  3. Place tenderloin on foil.
  4. Season with Lawry's salt or possibly other.
  5. Slice onions on top of meat.
  6. Cover with chili sauce.
  7. Wrap meat lengthwise and seal ends.
  8. Bake for 1 hour plus.
  9. Check with thermometer or possibly slice in middle to check for desired doneness.
  10. At one hour, meat is rare to medium rare.
