Swordfish with Herby Mayo Marinade

  1. In a plastic zipper bag, combine the mayonnaise, vinegar, oregano, basil, garlic powder and salt and pepper.
  2. Add the swordfish steaks and allow to marinate in the refrigerator for 2 hours.
  3. Grill or saute in a little olive oil over high heat for approximately 5 to 7 minutes per side or until fish is browned a bit and cooked but not dry; it really depends on the thickness of the steaks.
