Microwave Taco Salad Recipe

  1. Brown meat and onions on high for 4 1/2 to 6 1/2 min.
  2. Stir, then drain.
  3. Add in beans, water and taco seasoning.
  4. Cook, uncovered, 10 to 13 min on medium power (50 percent) or possibly till thick and bubbly, stirring once.
  5. Combine lettuce, tomatoes and peppers in a salad bowl.
  6. Spoon meat mix over vegetables in bowl.
  7. Top with cheeses and chips.
  8. Serve immediately with sauce.
  9. Top with lowfat sour cream.
