Grilled Fish Tacos
- 1/4 cup Kraft Calorie-Wise Original BBQ Sauce
- 1 orange peeled, white part removed, sectioned Safeway 1 lb For $0.79 thru 02/09
- 1 jalapeno pepper, seeded, deveined and chopped
- 1-1/2 lb. firm white fish filets, such as grouper, halibut or red snapper Walmart Supercenter 1 lb For $5.00 thru 02/14
- 1/2 cup chopped green onions
- 1/4 cup orange juice
- 2 Tbsp. finely chopped fresh cilantro
- 6 flour tortillas, warmed
- Place barbecue sauce, orange sections and jalapeno in blender container; cover.
- Blend on high speed 2 minutes or until smooth.
- Reserve 1/4 cup of the mixture.
- Pour remaining marinade over fish in resealable plastic bag.
- Refrigerate 20 minutes to marinate.
- Remove fish; discard marinade.
- Grill over medium-high heat 4 minutes.
- Turn over; grill an additional 2 minutes or until fish flakes easily with fork.
- Remove from grill.
- Let stand 5 minutes.
- Combine reserved marinade, green onions, orange juice and cilantro.
- Spoon onto middle of tortillas.
- Divide fish among tortillas, fold in half and serve.
