Artichoke & Red Pepper Dip

  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
  2. Mix all ingredients together, except Parmesan cheese.
  3. Transfer to oven-proof bowl, and sprinkle Parmesan on top.
  4. Bake about 30 minutes until heated through and bubbly.
  5. Serve with crackers or toasted pitas.
