Mini Cheesy-Salsa Frittata Appetizers

  1. Heat oven to 350 degrees F.
  2. Divide VELVEETA evenly among 12 mini muffin cups sprayed with cooking spray.
  3. Beat eggs and salsa in medium bowl with whisk until blended.
  4. Spoon over VELVEETA in muffin cups.
  5. Bake 15 to 18 min.
  6. or until set.
  7. Let stand 5 min.
  8. before removing from muffin cups.
  9. Top with chives.
  10. Serve warm or at room temperature.
