Potato Crumble Topping

• 12 cup instant mashed potatoes
• 1 cup boiling water
• 12 cup seasoned dry bread crumb
• 2 slices cooked bacon, crumbled
• 14 cup fresh parsley, chopped

1. Combine water & potato, mix well.
2. Add breadcrumbs, bacon & parsley & mix until mixture looks crumbly.
