Crunchwrap Supreme

  1. Pre-heat oven to 350F.
  2. Place ground beef and onion in frying pan.
  3. Brown, and cook until 155F.
  4. Season with cumin and salt.
  5. Spread sour cream over tostada shell.
  6. Sprinkle 1/2 cheese over sour cream.
  7. Cover cheese with ground beef, and top with tomato and lettuce.
  8. Pick up tostada, and press top into the middle of the flour tortilla.
  9. Carefully flip, and sprinkle remaining cheese onto shell.
  10. Wrap tortilla around so the fixings are completely sealed in.
  11. Wrap in aluminum foil and place in oven for 5-7 minutes.
