Crunchwrap Supreme
- 3 oz ground beef
- 1 flour tortilla
- 1 corn tostado
- 1/2 cup shredded cheese
- 1/4 cup shredded lettuce
- 2 tbsp sour cream
- 1/8 cup tomato
- 2 tbsp onion
- 1 tbsp ground cumin
- 1/4 tsp salt
- Pre-heat oven to 350F.
- Place ground beef and onion in frying pan.
- Brown, and cook until 155F.
- Season with cumin and salt.
- Spread sour cream over tostada shell.
- Sprinkle 1/2 cheese over sour cream.
- Cover cheese with ground beef, and top with tomato and lettuce.
- Pick up tostada, and press top into the middle of the flour tortilla.
- Carefully flip, and sprinkle remaining cheese onto shell.
- Wrap tortilla around so the fixings are completely sealed in.
- Wrap in aluminum foil and place in oven for 5-7 minutes.
