Beer Cheese
- 1 (12 ounce) can beer
- 1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese
- 12 cup crumbled cooked bacon
- 1 teaspoon dry ground mustard
- 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
- Cook bacon and crumble.
- In a medium sized saucepan over medium heat warm up the beer.
- Once beer is warm stir in the cream cheese and stir until melted.
- Add in bacon pieces, dry mustard and shredded cheddar.
- Stir frequently until melted and smooth.
