Roasted Asparagus with Lemon and Goat Cheese

  1. Heat the oven to 425F.
  2. Spray a 17 x 11-inch roasting pan or shallow baking sheet with the cooking spray.
  3. Stir the asparagus and oil in the pan.
  4. Season with the black pepper.
  5. Pour in the broth.
  6. Roast the asparagus for 20 minutes or until it's tender, stirring once during cooking.
