Tempura Crumbs and Small Shrimp (Sakura Shrimp) Onigiri
- 2 rice bowls' worth Plain cooked rice
- 2 tbsp Tempura crumbs
- 3 tbsp Small shrimp (Sakura shrimp)
- 1/2 tbsp Sesame oil
- 1 tsp Soy sauce
- 1 Salt
- Heat sesame oil, and fry the small shrimp.
- Add soy sauce once they're crispy, and fry.
- It's really fragrant.
- Mix shrimp from Step 2 and tempura crumbs into the rice, salt your hands, and mold the rice balls.
- Eat them freshly made.
- The crunchy tempura bits are delicious.
