Bok Choy and Bacon Delicious Stir-Fry
- 4 stalks Bok choy
- 4 slice Bacon
- 1/2 tsp Salt
- 1 dash Pepper
- 1 tbsp Sake
- 1 tsp Chinese soup stock
- 1 dash Sesame oil
- 1 Vegetable oil
- Cut off the base of the bok choy and wash. Cut into 2 cm easy-to-eat pieces.
- Cut the bacon into 2 cm, easy-to-eat pieces, quickly fry in vegetable oil.
- Add the bok choy.
- Add salt, pepper, sake, and Chinese soup stock granules.
- When it becomes fragrant, add sesame oil and you're done.
- Served on top of instant ramen noodles.
- It was delicious.
