Green Velvet
- Ice
- 3 ounces rye
- 2 dashes of Orange Bitters
- 3/4 ounce Punt e Mes (bittersweet vermouth)
- 3/4 ounce yellow Chartreuse
- 1 orange twist
- Fill a pint glass with ice.
- Add all of the remaining ingredients except the twist; stir well.
- Strain into a chilled coupe.
- Flame the twist over the drink, then drop it in.
