Cheddar Jack Chicken & Mac
- 1 pkg. (6 oz.) FRESH TAKE Cheddar Jack & Bacon Recipe Cheese Breadcrumb Mix, mixed together
- 6 small boneless skinless chicken breasts (1-1/2 lb.)
- 6 cups hot prepared macaroni and cheese
- Heat oven to 375F.
- Reserve 1/4 cup cheese mixture for later use.
- Coat chicken with remaining cheese mixture as directed on package.
- Place on baking sheet sprayed with cooking spray; sprinkle with any cheese mixture remaining in bag.
- Bake 30 min.
- Spoon macaroni and cheese into 1-1/2-qt.
- casserole sprayed with cooking spray; top with reserved cheese mixture.
- Add to oven with chicken.
- Bake 10 min.
- or until chicken is done (165 degrees F), and macaroni and cheese is heated through.
- Serve chicken with macaroni and cheese.
