Tofruiti Mousse

  1. Place all ingredients except the baby cereal in a blender or food processor and blend until pureed.
  2. Add 2 tbsp baby cereal flakes to mixture and blend.
  3. Continue adding dry baby cereal and blending until puree is the consistency of a smooth mousse.
  4. Spoon into serving cups, chill for 10 minutes or longer and then serve.
  5. Cover cups with cling wrap if chilling longer than 10 minutes.
