One pot asparagus mushroom pasta

  1. Add oil, pasta, mushrooms, garlic, shallot, salt pepper, and water.
  2. Bring to a boil.
  3. Cook on medium high for about 6 minutes.
  4. Mix ingredients often while cooking to prevent sticking.
  5. Add asparagus.
  6. Cook about 3 minutes.
  7. Stirring often
  8. Add butter and milk.
  9. Lower heat.
  10. Stirring often cook about 4 minutes to thicken up sauce and pasta should be al dente.
  11. Cook until desired thickness.
  12. Add parmesan.
  13. Stir.
  14. Add more parmesan and i added bacon to the dish when plating.
  15. Enjoy.
