Crab Croustades

  1. In a bowl, mix the mayonnaise, scallion, ginger, lime zest and juice, and cilantro.
  2. Add the crabmeat and mix again.
  3. Season with salt and black pepper.
  4. Divide the mixture among the croustades.
  5. Garnish each with a strip of red chile.
  6. Serve immediately.
