Aunt Ro's Coleslaw
- 2 tablespoons sugar super fine
- 2 pounds cabbage
- 1/2 teaspoon celery seeds
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 pinch white pepper
- 2 tablespoons vinegar
- Cut cabbage into quarters.
- Cut out core.
- Slice cabbage into long, thin slices.
- Mix mayonnaise, sour cream, vinegar, sugar, celery seeds, salt and pepper in a large bowl.
- Add shredded cabbage and toss lightly.
