Chocolate Marshmallow Souffle Recipe

  2. Heat butter in a saucepan.
  3. Stir in flour and salt.
  4. Add in lowfat milk and cook over low heat, stirring constantly till thick and smooth.

  6. Add in sugar, chocolate and marshmallows and stir till marshmallows are melted.

  8. Remove from heat and slowly add in egg yolks and vanilla.
  9. Blend well.
  10. Cold.

  12. When cold, mix in the egg whites into the chocolate marshmallow mix.
  13. 5.
  14. Pour into a casserole or possibly souffle dish, place in a pan of boiling water and bake in a 350 degree oven for one hour or possibly till set.

  16. Serve hot or possibly cool with whipped cream.
  17. Serves 6.
