Beef With Black Eyed Peas Recipe
- 1 can Condensed bean with bacon soup
- 1 can (4 ounce) diced green chiles
- 1/2 c. Water
- 1 tsp Garlic pwdr
- 1 tsp Paprika
- 1 pkt (9 ounce) frzn black-eyed peas, slightly thawed
- 2 x Peeled and sliced carrots
- 1 x Sliced onion
- 1 1/2 lb Boneless beef chuck roast, trimmed of fat Salt and pepper to taste
- In a crockpot, combine soup, green chiles, water, garlic pwdr, paprika, black-eyed peas, carrots, and onion.
- Mix to blend well.
- Place roast down into mix, covering top with some of it.
- Cover and cook on LOW setting for 10 hrs.
- Stir in salt and pepper to taste.
