Creamy Macaroni And Cheese Recipe
- 1 pound elbow macaroni
- 1 pound cheddar cheese, grated
- 1 (10 1/2 ounce.) can cream of mushroom soup
- 1/2 c. mayonnaise
- 1 (6 ounce.) can sliced mushrooms, liquid removed
- 1/4 c. finely minced onion
- 2 tbsp. minced pimento
- 2 tbsp. minced green pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon grnd black pepper
- Cook macaroni according to package directions; drain but don't rinse.
- Combine macaroni, cheese, soup, and mayonnaise.
- Mix well.
- Stir in mushrooms, onion, pimento, green pepper, and black pepper.
- Heat mix, stirring till heated throughout or possibly turn into a 2 qt greased casserole and bake in preheated 350 degree oven for 30 min, or possibly till bubbly.
