Ham, Cheese and Asparagus Croissants
- 1 can Croissant Roll Dough (I Used Reduced Fat Variety, 8 Ounce Container)
- 4 teaspoons Dijon Mustard
- 8 slices Thinly Sliced Deli Ham
- 8 slices Deli Provolone Cheese
- 16 spears Asparagus, Steamed And Cut In Half
- Preheat your oven to 375 F.
- Unroll the croissant dough on a work surface.
- Separate each triangle using the provided perforations.
- Spread 1/2 teaspoon of mustard on each triangle.
- Layer one slice of ham, one slice of cheese, and 4 pieces of asparagus over the wide end of each croissant.
- Roll up the dough and place on a baking sheet.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until the dough is golden brown and the cheese begins to melt.
- Serve warm.
