Ham, Cheese and Asparagus Croissants

  1. Preheat your oven to 375 F.
  2. Unroll the croissant dough on a work surface.
  3. Separate each triangle using the provided perforations.
  4. Spread 1/2 teaspoon of mustard on each triangle.
  5. Layer one slice of ham, one slice of cheese, and 4 pieces of asparagus over the wide end of each croissant.
  6. Roll up the dough and place on a baking sheet.
  7. Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until the dough is golden brown and the cheese begins to melt.
  8. Serve warm.
