CERTO Peach-Vanilla Bean No-Cook Jam

  1. Peel and pit peaches.
  2. Finely chop or grind peaches.
  3. Measure exactly 2-1/2 cups prepared fruit into large bowl.
  4. Add sugar and vanilla bean paste; mix well.
  5. Let stand 10 min., stirring occasionally.
  6. Add pectin and lemon juice; stir 3 min.
  7. or until most the sugar is dissolved and no longer grainy.
  8. (A few sugar crystals may remain.)
  9. Pour into clean jars or plastic containers; cover with tight-fitting lids.
  10. Let stand at room temperature 24 hours or until set.
  11. Freeze up to 1 year or refrigerate up to 3 weeks.
