Red Berry Mold

  1. Prepare gelatin according to package directions.
  2. Pour half into a 1 1/2 quart dish, preferably glass (or 6-cup mold).
  3. Chill until thickened like egg whites, about 30 minutes.
  4. Stir in raspberries (thawed, if frozen).
  5. Return to refrigerator.
  6. Also chill remaining gelatin.
  7. In a small bowl, combine cream cheese, sour cream and nuts.
  8. When gelatin in completely set srpead cream cheese mixture evenly over top.
  9. Cover and chill.
  10. Combine remaining gelatin and yogurt.
  11. Pour over cream cheese mixture.
  12. Cover and chill about 4 hours or longer until set.
  13. Garnish with whipped cream and mint sprig, if desired.
