Broiled Brandy Chicken Recipe

  1. In shallow dish mix together butter, brandy, garlic pwdr and pepper.
  2. Add in leg-thigh combination, turning to coat proportionately.
  3. Sprinkle with 1/8 tsp.
  4. seasoning salt.
  5. Place chicken on small broiler pan, skin side up.
  6. Broil at 400 about 6 inches from heat for 10 min.
  7. Turn, brushing with remaining butter mix and sprinkle with remaining seasoning salt.
  8. Broil about 15 min longer or possibly till fork-tender.
