Broiled Brandy Chicken Recipe
- 1 x broiler-fryer leg-thigh combination
- 2 Tbsp. butter, melted
- 1 tsp brandy (real or possibly flavoring)
- 1/8 tsp garlic pwdr
- 63/1000 tsp cayenne pepper
- 1/4 tsp seasoning salt, divided
- In shallow dish mix together butter, brandy, garlic pwdr and pepper.
- Add in leg-thigh combination, turning to coat proportionately.
- Sprinkle with 1/8 tsp.
- seasoning salt.
- Place chicken on small broiler pan, skin side up.
- Broil at 400 about 6 inches from heat for 10 min.
- Turn, brushing with remaining butter mix and sprinkle with remaining seasoning salt.
- Broil about 15 min longer or possibly till fork-tender.
