Broccoli Cauliflower Casserole With Stuffing Recipe
- 1 lg. onion, minced, saute/fry in 1 stick butter
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 can mushrooms, liquid removed
- 8 ounce. cheez whiz
- 1/4 c. lowfat milk
- 1 lg. bag broccoli
- 1 lg. bag cauliflower
- 1 pkg. Pepperidge Farm seasoned stuffing mix
- Saute/fry onion in butter till tender.
- Add in soup, cheez whiz, lowfat milk and 1 can of mushrooms.
- Stir on low heat till melted.
- Cook broccoli and cauliflower till tender, drain.
- Put cauliflower and broccoli in (13 x 9 x 2 casserole dish).
- Pour over above sauce.
- Mix well.
- Sprinkle top with stuffing mix (prepared according to directions on package).
- Bake 20 min at 350 degrees.
- There are never any leftovers.
