Wisconsin Wings
- 18 Ritz Cracker, finely crushed (about 3/4 cup crumbs)
- 1/3 cup Kraft 100% Parmesan Grated Cheese
- 1 tsp. dried oregano leaves
- 1/2 tsp. garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp. paprika
- 1/8 tsp. coarse ground black pepper
- 2 lb. (900 g) chicken wings, separated at joints, tips discarded
- 1/3 cup Dijon mustard
- Preheat oven to 350F.
- Mix cracker crumbs, Parmesan cheese, oregano, garlic powder, paprika and pepper in shallow dish.
- Coat chicken with mustard, then roll in crumb mixture until evenly coated.
- Place on greased baking sheet.
- Bake 35 to 40 min.
- or until golden brown and cooked through, turning chicken over after 20 min.
- Serve warm.
