Red and Green Five-Spice Slaw
- 1 tbsp. finely grated orange zest
- 1/2 c. orange juice
- 1/4 c. extra-virgin olive oil
- 2 tbsp. honey mustard
- 1 tbsp. lemon juice
- 1/2 tsp. Chinese five-spice powder
- 1/2 c. golden raisins
- 24 oz. coleslaw mix
- kosher salt
- In a large bowl, combine the orange zest, orange juice, oil, honey mustard, lemon juice, and five-spice powder and whisk until combined.
- Season with salt to taste.
- Add the remaining ingredients and toss.
- Massage the slaw until it is slightly wilted, about 1 minute.
- Refrigerate for 2 hours.
- Serve chilled or at room temperature.
