Red and Green Five-Spice Slaw

  1. In a large bowl, combine the orange zest, orange juice, oil, honey mustard, lemon juice, and five-spice powder and whisk until combined.
  2. Season with salt to taste.
  3. Add the remaining ingredients and toss.
  4. Massage the slaw until it is slightly wilted, about 1 minute.
  5. Refrigerate for 2 hours.
  6. Serve chilled or at room temperature.
