- Cool Whip Light Whipped Topping
- Maxwell House Cafe, Instant Coffee Beverage Mix

- Prepare 1 pkg.
- (30 g) Jell-O Vanilla Fat Free Instant Pudding according to package directions.
- Beat in 1 pkg.
- (250 g) Philadelphia Light Cream Cheese Spread.
- Fold in 1 1/2 cups Cool Whip Light Topping.
- Mix 3/4 cup boiling water with 2 Tbsp.
- Maxwell House Cafe Instant Coffee Beverage Light Swiss Mocha.
- Grate 2 oz.
- Baker's Unsweetened Chocolate.
- Line bottom of 8 parfait glasses or glass mugs with 1 chopped ladyfinger each.
- Sprinkle coffee over lady fingers, top with1/4 cup pudding and sprinkle with 1 tsp.
- grated chocolate.
- Repeat layers.
- Cover and chill 4 hours or overnight to blend flavours.
