Easy Grasshopper Pie

  1. Mix crumbs and margarine.
  2. Press mixture onto bottom and sides of 9-inch pie plate.
  3. Refrigerate.
  4. Microwave marshmallows and creme de menthe in large microwave-safe bowl on HIGH 1-2 minutes or until smooth when stirred, stirring every minute.
  5. Refrigerate 20 minutes or until slightly thickened.
  6. Fold in whipped cream; spoon into crust.
  7. Freeze until firm.
  8. Garnish with jelly beans and coconut.
  9. Conventional: Prepare crust as directed.
  10. Melt marshmallows with creme de menthe in large saucepan over low heat, stirring until smooth.
  11. Transfer to mixing bowl; refrigerate 20 minutes or until slightly thickened.
  12. Continue as directed.
