Quick Chicken Curry
- 4 tbsp mustard (regular)
- 2 tbsp sweet chili sauce
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 1/2 tsp powdered garlic
- 3 tsp dried basil
- 2 tsp curry
- 1/2 tsp ground black pepper
- 2 piece chicken breasts
- 3 tbsp olive oil
- 80 ml hot water
- Mix all the ingredients for the marinade together.
- Chop the chicken breasts into small cubes.
- Put the chicken breasts into the marinade.
- Let them rest there for 10 minutes (or until you need them).
- Warm up the olive oil in a pan and add the chicken marinade in.
- Fry until the all meat turns white.
- Add the hot water in the pan and gently stir so you get a smooth sauce.
- Do not let it boil too long or you will loose the sauce.
- When done serve with white rice.
