Grilled Chicken Pasta Salad

  1. Mix oil, vinegar and basil.
  2. Reserve 2/3 cup dressing.
  3. Grill or broil chicken for 15 minutes or until done, turning and brushing often with remaining dressing.
  4. Slice cooked chicken into thin strips.
  5. Toss bow tie pasta, croutons, tomatoes, chicken and walnuts with reserved dressing.
  6. Garnish with cheese.
  7. Serve immediately.
