Fresh homemade tagliatelle
- 200 grams wheat flour
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 1 tsp olive oil
- 1 pinch salt
- Add flour, olive oil and salt, mix it very well.

- Flatten dough and cover with a damp cloth.
- Let stand in the refrigerator for 3 hours.
- 3 hour later, take the dough out of the refrigerator and roll it with rolling pin until become very thin and cut lengthwise.
- Boil water and add homemade tagliatelle in one by one.
- Cook approximately 5 minutes or until al dente.
- Remove and drain them.
