Lover's Kiss

• 1 ounce Amaretto
• 12 ounce cherry brandy
• 12 ounce brown Creme de Cacao
• 1 ounce heavy cream

1. Pour the first 3 ingredients into a cocktail shaker with ice.
2. Shake vigorously.
3. Strain into a cocktail glass.
4. Float the cream over the top.
5. Garnish with grated chocolate.
