Quesadillas with Salami and Tomato Salsa
- 2 tomatoes, seeded, finely chopped King Sooper's 1 lb For $0.99 thru 02/09
- 1 small red onion, finely chopped
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 2 Tbsp. Kraft Oil and Vinegar Dressing
- zest and juice of 1 lime
- 110 g sliced salami
- 1 cup Touch of Philadelphia Shredded Creamy Mozza Cheese
- 4 small flour tortillas
- Combine tomatoes, red onion and garlic in medium bowl.
- Add dressing, lime zest and juice; stir until blended.
- Set aside.
- Divide salami and cheese over half of each tortilla; fold in half.
- Add to skillet; cook 1 min.
- on each side or until golden brown on both sides.
- Remove from skillet.
- Repeat with remaining tortillas and filling.
- Cut into wedges.
- Serve with salsa.
