Quesadillas with Salami and Tomato Salsa

  1. Combine tomatoes, red onion and garlic in medium bowl.
  2. Add dressing, lime zest and juice; stir until blended.
  3. Set aside.
  4. Divide salami and cheese over half of each tortilla; fold in half.
  5. Add to skillet; cook 1 min.
  6. on each side or until golden brown on both sides.
  7. Remove from skillet.
  8. Repeat with remaining tortillas and filling.
  9. Cut into wedges.
  10. Serve with salsa.
