Sausage And Ham Jambalaya Recipe

  1. In a Dutch oven, saute/fry sausage 10 min.
  2. Remove with slotted spoon and drain on paper towels.
  3. Add in onion, green pepper, and garlic to drippings.
  4. Saute/fry till tender, about 5 min.
  5. Stir in sausage, ham, wine, tomatoes with their liquid, salt, thyme, basil, marjoram, paprika and Tabasco.
  6. Bring to a boil.
  7. Reduce heat; add in parsley and rice; mix well.
  8. Cover and simmer 25 min.
