Our Family's Ham Cutlets
- 18 slice Ham
- 1 Panko (to coat the meatballs)
- 1 (A) Beaten egg
- 1 enough to thicken the egg (A) White flour
- 1 enough for egg batter (A) Water
- Group 3 pieces of ham and slice into half.
- In a bowl, mix the ingredients labeled (A), and dip the groups of ham slices one-by-one.
- Then press the panko on top.
- Fry in oil, then drain on old newspapers or ads.
