STOVE TOP Broccoli Bake
- 2 eggs
- 1 can (10 oz./284 mL) condensed cream of mushroom soup
- 1/2 cup Kraft Mayo Real Mayonnaise
- 3 cups broccoli florets, cooked, drained and chopped
- 1 cup shredded Cracker Barrel Cheddar Cheese
- 1 pkg. (120 g) Stove Top Stuffing Mix for Chicken
- 1/4 cup butter, melted
- Preheat oven to 350F.
- Beat eggs, soup and mayo with wire whisk until well blended; set aside.
- Layer broccoli and cheese in greased 2-qt.
- casserole dish; cover with the soup mixture.
- Sprinkle with combined stuffing mix and butter.
- Bake 30 min.
- or until heated through.
