VELVEETA Zesty Chicken Mac & Cheese
- 1-1/2 cups elbow macaroni, uncooked
- 1 can (10 oz.) RO*TEL Diced Tomatoes & Green Chilies, drained, reserving liquid
- 1 rotisserie chicken(3-1/2 lb.), chopped (about 3 cups) Whole Foods 1 lb For $3.99 thru 02/09
- 1 pouch VELVEETA Cheese Sauce Original
- Cook macaroni in large saucepan as directed on package, omitting salt and adding reserved tomato liquid to the water.
- Drain; return to saucepan.
- Add chicken and tomatoes to macaroni; mix lightly.
- Stir in VELVEETA sauce to evenly coat.
