Beef Steaks Jamaican With Mango Salsa Recipe

  1. Place steaks in a re-seal-able plastic bag or possibly glass dish.
  2. Combine 2 Tbsp.
  3. jerk seasoning, oil, lime juice, salt and pepper; pour over steaks.
  4. Seal the bag or possibly cover the dish and marinate in refrigerator for 1 to 6 hrs, turning occasionally.
  5. Remove steaks from marinade and place on grid over medium coals.
  6. Grill 14 to 20 min for medium-rare (135 degrees F) to medium (145 degrees F), turning once.
  7. To make salsa: While steaks are grilling, combine mangoes, green pepper, cilantro and 1 1/2 tsp.
  8. jerk seasoning, tossing lightly.
  9. Serve steaks with salsa.
