Pacific Saury Kabayaki
- 2 Pacific saury (sanma)
- 1 *Seriously Delicious Garlic Teriyaki Sauce
- 1 tsp *Grated ginger
- 1 Katakuriko
- Mix the teriyaki garlic sauce and grated ginger.
- Fillet the pacific saury.
- Cut into your preferred size pieces.
- Ask your fishmonger to fillet the fish if it bothers you.
- Dust a generous amount of the katakuriko over the fish.
- Heat a generous amount of vegetable oil in a frying-pan.
- Cook the fish in the pan from the skin-side first.
- Cook both sides.
- When it gets crispy, add the sauce.
- Stir fry briefly.
