Do Ahead - 3 Cheese Mashed Potato Casserole

• 4 large potatoes, cooked and mashed
• 34 cup cottage cheese
• 6 tablespoons feta cheese, crumbled
• 12 cup cheddar cheese soup
• salt & pepper

1. Add all the ingredients to the mashed potatoes, mix well.
2. Place in a buttered casserole, place in fridge until ready to bake, bring to room temperature before you place it in the oven.
3. Preheat oven to 350f.
4. Bake uncovered for apprx 45 minutes or until bubbly and golden on top.
