Roasted red pepper puree

  1. Roast your red peppers as you normaly would, on the grill or in the oven.
  2. Place peppers in a bowl and cover with saran to sweat for about 15 minutes.
  3. Peel and seed the peppers.
  4. Puree the seeded peppers in the food processor till smooth.
