Mini Morsels Muffins Recipe

  1. Topping: In small bowl, combine brown sugar, butter and flour; mix well.
  2. Stir in nuts and 1/2 c. morsels; set aside.
  3. Muffin: Oven to 350 degrees.
  4. In small bowl, combine flour, baking pwdr, baking soda and salt; set aside.
  5. In large bowl combine butter, sugar and vanilla extract; beat till fluffy.
  6. Add in Large eggs, one at a time, beating well after each addition.
  7. Gradually add in flour mix alternately with lowfat sour cream.
  8. Mix in remaining 1 1/2 c. morsels.
  9. Spoon into paper lined muffin c., filling each about half full.
  10. Sprinkle each with 1 rounded tablespoonful topping.
  11. Bake for 20-25 min.
  12. Cold completely.
  13. Makes 18 muffins.
