Mini Morsels Muffins Recipe
- 1/2 c. packed brown sugar
- 2 tbsp. butter, melted
- 1 tbsp. all-purpose flour
- 1/2 c. minced nuts
- 1 (12 ounce.) Nestle Mini-Morsels, divided
- Topping: In small bowl, combine brown sugar, butter and flour; mix well.
- Stir in nuts and 1/2 c. morsels; set aside.
- Muffin: Oven to 350 degrees.
- In small bowl, combine flour, baking pwdr, baking soda and salt; set aside.
- In large bowl combine butter, sugar and vanilla extract; beat till fluffy.
- Add in Large eggs, one at a time, beating well after each addition.
- Gradually add in flour mix alternately with lowfat sour cream.
- Mix in remaining 1 1/2 c. morsels.
- Spoon into paper lined muffin c., filling each about half full.
- Sprinkle each with 1 rounded tablespoonful topping.
- Bake for 20-25 min.
- Cold completely.
- Makes 18 muffins.
