Honey & Sriracha Baked Peanuts & Oyster Cracker Snacks
- 1/4 cups Pure Honey
- 16 ounces, weight Dry-roasted, Unsalted Peanuts
- 12 ounces, weight Bagged Oyster Crackers (small)
- 3 Tablespoons Sriracha Sauce, Or More To Taste
- Preheat oven to 325 degrees F.
- In a bowl, add honey and peanuts and stir well to coat.
- Spread them out on a large parchment-lined large baking sheet pan in a single layer.
- In another bowl, add crackers and Sriracha and gently stir with a spatula.
- Add this to the sheet pan and gently mix (I use clean hands) peanuts and crackers together.
- Bake 2025 minutes (I check after 15 minutes and gently mix while baking).
- Once lightly toasted, remove from oven and allow to cool down.
- Store in an airtight container until ready to serve.
