Old English Cheese Spread

  1. Combine all spread ingredients except vegetable juice, horseradish and green onions in 3-quart saucepan.
  2. Cook over medium-high heat, stirring occasionally, 8-10 minutes or until smooth.
  3. Stir in vegetable juice, horseradish and green onions.
  4. Spoon into crock or serving bowl.
  5. Cover; refrigerate at least 2 hours.
  6. Serve with dippers as desired.
  7. *Substitute 1/3 cup tomato juice.
