Greek Garden Salad
- 2 large tomatoes, chopped
- 34 cup chopped cucumber
- 12 cup chopped green bell pepper
- 12 cup crumbled feta cheese or 12 cup blue cheese
- 14 cup thinly sliced green onion
- 14 cup sliced ripe olives
- 12 cup Italian salad dressing
- 18 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1 leaf lettuce, optional
- In a bowl combine the first seven ingredients.
- Just before serving, add salad dressing and oregeno; toss to coat.
- Serve in a lettuce lined bowl if desired.
