Magnolia Leaf Miso
- 70 grams Miso (country-style or red miso)
- 30 grams Sugar
- 20 ml Dashi (water)
- 1 dash Sesame oil
- 1 Eggplant, shiitake (fresh), carrot, green bell pepper, scallions, etc.
- Combine the miso, sugar, and dashi.
- Spread sesame oil on top of the magnolia leaves.
- Mix bite-sized pieces of vegetables into miso.
- Spread the miso onto the leaves and grill.
