Torri di Pisa Pasta with Rocket
- 1/2 pounds, 2-58 ounces, weight Torri Di Pisa Or Similar Pasta
- 4 Tablespoons Olive Oil
- 2 cloves Garlic, Chopped
- 10 pieces Little Red Tomatoes, Cut In Half
- 1/4 teaspoons Dried Chili Pepper Flakes
- 10 pieces Seedless Black Olives
- 5-13 ounces, weight Rocket, Cleaned And Washed
- Salt and Pepper, to taste

- Cook pasta according to package instructions.
- Drain immediately, set aside.
- 2.
- In a large skillet heat the oil, add garlic, little tomatoes cut in half, chili pepper flakes and olives.
- Season with salt and pepper.
- 3.
- Cook them over low heat for 5 minutes, then stir in the rocket and saute for a few minutes.
- 4.
- Add cooked pasta to skillet and combine it with the other ingredients.
- Cook over high heat for few minutes to combine all the flavours.
- 5.
- Serve immediately with some olive oil, if desired.
