Torri di Pisa Pasta with Rocket

  2. Cook pasta according to package instructions.
  3. Drain immediately, set aside.

  5. In a large skillet heat the oil, add garlic, little tomatoes cut in half, chili pepper flakes and olives.
  6. Season with salt and pepper.

  8. Cook them over low heat for 5 minutes, then stir in the rocket and saute for a few minutes.
  9. 4.
  10. Add cooked pasta to skillet and combine it with the other ingredients.
  11. Cook over high heat for few minutes to combine all the flavours.
  12. 5.
  13. Serve immediately with some olive oil, if desired.
